SHE Knows Health is committed to minimizing wait times and maximizing the convenience of appointment times. In order to provide quality and timely services to all clients, the clinic strictly enforces the following policies for no-show, late cancellation and late arrival clients.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, reschedule or shorten your appointment with SHE Knows Health, please notify her as soon as possible with a minimum of 48-hours’ notice. When you book an appointment, SHE Knows Health reserves that time for you. SHE needs adequate notice of cancellation for all her services to allow enough time for your appointment slot to be filled. Unless SHE can fill your spot with another appointment of the same value, you will still be charged the full fee for your appointment if you do not cancel and/or reschedule before the 48-hour period. If a shorter appointment is booked for your late-cancelled slot, you will only be charged the difference.

Late Policy
To reap the full benefits of your treatment, please arrive at least a few minutes prior to your appointment time. All appointments will end at the scheduled time. If late, you will only be treated for the remaining amount of your appointment time, allowing her to keep on schedule for our next clients. SHE is committed to providing high quality care to all clients as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
